I get it... I've been there too



Before I started my fitness journey, I had zero confidence. Growing up, I was constantly picked on for being the skinny kid, which only deepened my insecurity. I felt too embarrassed to wear shorts, let alone take my shirt off in public. All I wanted was to feel seen, respected, and treated like a real man. I was tired of feeling invisible, tired of being bullied, and tired of not getting the respect I knew I deserved. I knew there had to be more to life than this, so I decided to make a change.

After years of trial and error, trying to build the version of myself I wanted to not just look like, but feel like, and be treated as, I finally made real progress. People started noticing the changes. I’ll never forget my first compliment at the gym—a man came up to me and said, “I remember how you looked when you first started training,” with a look of disbelief, then congratulated me and told me to keep it up. I played it cool and said, “Thanks, but we’re not there yet,” but inside, I was over the moon. That day, I walked out of the gym with a huge smile, a newfound confidence, and a feeling like I could take on the world. I went from feeling like a shrimp with low self-esteem to feeling like a beast, full of confidence and earning the respect I always wanted.

A couple of years later, though, progress started to slow down, and I hit a frustrating plateau. I was putting in more effort than ever, but the results didn’t reflect it. My focus shifted from simply wanting respect and confidence to knowing I was capable of so much more. That’s when I realized something was missing—my strategy. I hadn’t personalized my approach to fit my body, lifestyle, and goals. Once I tailored my training routine, meal plan, and recovery protocols to my unique needs, everything changed. Real, sustainable progress followed. My weight increased, my body fat decreased, and I haven’t hit a plateau since.
